Rules and Regulations
General Directions
- For the purposes of Public Safety regulations, the guest who has booked assumes full responsibility for all guests within the accommodation. He/she is therefore required to be well informed about the persons accompanying him/her and to provide documents of all the persons present for registration.
- The accommodation unit may not be occupied by more people (including infants) than the number specified and agreed upon at the time of booking.
- The full payment for the entire period booked is to be made upon arrival after the registration of documents, it can be made in cash within the limits provided by the law, advance bank transfer, debit cards and the credit cards of the Visa and Mastercard networks. We do not accept credit cards of the American Express network.
- Tourist tax is € 3.00 per person (ages 16 and up) per night. It must be paid when you pay for your stay and only in cash.
- A deposit of € 100.00 is required upon arrival, before you are assigned the accommodation unit. It is refundable at the end of your stay after the Management has inspected the accommodation.
- Each accommodation unit is entitled to one parking space within the facility, additional parking spaces will be available for an additional fee.
- For the payment of food and beverage at the bar and the restaurant, items at the emporium, newspapers, you must use the CREDIT CARD, (top up card that can be purchased at the bar or at the reception desk). Please note: At the end of the stay, the remaining balance will be refunded after returning the Card.
- At the time of check-in, guests will be provided with a vinyl ID wristband to wear for the entire period of their stay.
- Spots at the beach (comprising one beach umbrella, one sunbed and one deck chair for each accommodation), are assigned by the Management. Additional spots at the beach, additional sunbeds or deckchairs, and a beach umbrella in the first and second rows are considered an extra paid service and must be requested before your arrival.
Hours
- Accommodations are available from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated no later than 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Please comply with these times. Early check-ins and late check-outs must always be arranged in advance with the management and are subject to a fee.
Noise disturbance, shouting, radios and TVs kept at a high volume are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from midnight until 8:30 a.m. and must be strictly observed.
Accommodation units
- Accommodations are assigned at the sole discretion of the management. The accommodation assigned cannot be changed for any reason.
- When you gain access to the accommodation unit, it will be clean, tidy and equipped with daily cleaning accessories (excluding sponges and detergents), any remarks on the cleanliness are accepted within 4 hours after check-in.
- It is the responsibility of the guests to dispose of household waste on a daily basis in order to ensure the cleanliness of the accommodation. Guests must comply with the rules for separate waste collection that will be communicated upon arrival.
- At check-out, the refrigerator and kitchenette must be left clean or the deposit will not be returned.
- The guest is responsible to keep the accommodation, furniture, fixtures, floors and walls, and any bed linen and towels given to him/her, except for normal wear and tear, in good condition.
- Inspections and routine maintenance of all facilities and infrastructure will be carried out periodically. Any flaws or problems that arise will be solved within the shortest possible time after the guest notifies the management. The facility is committed to solve any issues in a timely manner and in the shortest possible time, taking into account reasons beyond our control (public holiday, lack of availability of spare parts, external service interruptions, etc.). Should this happen, we hope for your understanding. It is possible to report any breakdowns directly to management or staff.
- An energy-efficient behavior is required of everyone. The consumption of electricity, water, air conditioning and gas will be monitored in each housing unit. Excessive consumption will be promptly reported to reestablish a proper use of energy resources.
- The guest will be given a maximum of 2 copies of the keys for access to the property and 2 copies of the keys for access to the accommodation unit. Failure to return them will result in the payment of € 50.00 for each copy of the keys not given back.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation units. The property has large outdoor spaces where you can do it, always with respect for the other guests.
- Guests are required to keep their valuables safe. Each accommodation unit is equipped with a safe for free use. Management will not be responsible for any theft or loss.
Responsibility
- Parents, or guardians, are responsible for the actions of their minor children within the facility and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful behavior toward others. In particular, they must comply with the quiet hours, use the facilities and equipment made available by the facility to its guests properly.
- The conduct exhibited both by adults and minors has legal value and, therefore, any transgression of these regulations and social norms will result in the immediate termination of the contract for the actions of the Guest and expulsion from the facility. In such a case, the Management is entitled to retain the amount already paid and to demand the payment of the remaining amount, also as compensation for damages, without prejudice to the right to compensation for greater damages assessed.
Outside guests
- The occupation of the accommodation unit, even temporarily, by persons other than those reported at the time of check-in is absolutely forbidden. Any exceptions must be agreed upon and accepted by the Management. The Visitor must hand in an identity document, which he/she will collect upon leaving the facility. The extension of his/her stay beyond two hours, involves the payment of € 10.00 per person plus eventual car parking € 5.00 per day.
In any case, they cannot use the swimming pool, the gym, the TV room and the entertainment activities in general.
Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the immediate termination of the contract of the stay.
Cancellation policy
- Arriving one day later than the scheduled date of arrival, without prior notice, results in the cancellation of the entire period booked.
Up to the 30th day prior to the date of arrival: full refund of the entire deposit.
From the 30th day to the 21st day prior to the date of arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
From the 21st day to the day before the date of arrival: the entire deposit will be retained. - Notifications regarding cancellations will be considered only if made by telegram, registered mail or Certified E-Mail (PEC). The postmark will be used as proof for the deadlines.
Pet regulations
Pets are welcome at our property. However, out of respect for other guests and for the hygiene rules and social etiquette, owners must make sure that the rules below are followed:
The management reserves the right to terminate at any time and without notice the contract of the stay of those who do not comply with the above rules.
- The owner must always report the presence of pets at the time of booking;
- Small dogs (10/12 kg) and cats are allowed; for dogs larger than the indicated size and other animals, a specific request must be made to the Management.
- The Management reserves the right to accept the pet at its own discretion, and in any case if it does not conform to what the guest has declared;
- Pets are allowed only if they are equipped with identification (microchip), if you provide health records proving prophylaxis against major infectious diseases and a photocopy of valid insurance.
- Any use of the linen provided for the care of the animal (cleaning, grooming and bedding) is prohibited;
- There is a one-time charge of € 60.00 due to more thorough cleaning with the use of better sanitizing products.
- In the common areas of the property, they must strictly be kept on a leash or in a special cage. They cannot access the restaurant and pool area;
- As far as the partner beach is concerned, the regulations of the Port Authority - section of Vibo
- Valentia;
- Only one pet is allowed in each accommodation unit;
- The guest must be equipped to preserve the well-being and cleanliness of their pet and the places where it is taken;
- It is absolutely forbidden to allow the pet on beds, armchairs, chairs and tables;
- The pet must be well accustomed to living in the house and being alone; other guests may be disturbed by dogs barking and cats meowing;
- Pet owners accept full responsibility for damages that may result from the behavior of their pet. All actions required to restore the hygiene of the rooms occupied by the pet are the full responsibility of the guest. Should hair, foulings or other be found on the beds or linens, the value of the soiled item will be charged to the Guest.
The management reserves the right to terminate at any time and without notice the contract of the stay of those who do not comply with the above rules.
